Our primary focus is to provide a service that caters for customers wanting a custom renovation or extension or a fully unique floor plan. We are able to guide first time home renovators from the planning and design process through to the submission of plans to the City Council for Building and Planning approval.
Our commercial and mining experience enables us to produce technical drawings to meet the needs of individual projects.
Generally, each job is unique, and has differing drafting requirements. As such, we price each job individually. Please call us to discuss your drafting needs and allow us to quote you personally.

Darryl Payne
Draftsperson
Born and raised in Kalgoorlie-Boulder, I obtained my Associate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering at the Curtin University Kalgoorlie Campus, graduating in 1996.
I am familiar with a range of drafting disciplines including architectural (residential and commercial), civil, electrical, mechanical, structural, process flow diagrams, piping and instrument diagrams and pipe work drawings.
I have worked on numerous projects across a range of mine sites including Avalon Nickel Project, Black Swan Nickel, Lake Johnston Operations, Gold Fields – St Ives Gold Mining, Cawse Nickel, Paddington, Thunderbox Gold Project, Granny Smith, Sunrise Dam and Kanowna Belle Gold Mines.
Whether drafting for a Residential or Commercial development or for the Mining Industry, it is my aim to accurately convey the desired finished product for easy manufacture and/or construction.
